Received my new MTM suit yesterday, love the hand feel of this super 130 fabric and the color, I didn't expect everything to fit perfectly first time around so any critics and suggestions are certainly welcome. Please let me know if you see any issue and if any adjustment needed by tailor.
Note: Please ignore my mis-aligned left elbow, broke it 30+ years ago and the doc never had it fixed properly.

note: I think the left side under arm folds/crest is due to posture, sometime it's smoother and more even depending on my left arm placement.

I'm just guessing but here's what I think could be a concern:
1)Jacket Length
I think the jacket length may be an issue for taller people but I've deliberately made this particular jacket shorter, so it look more propositional to my body type. I'm only 5ft 6...a traditional longer jacket is going to make my legs look that much shorter, long torso + short legs = look like monkey! so I'm trying to steer clear of long jacket, it just never look right on me. lol
Here's a different angle view of the suit:

Concern #2) Waist suppression
I think the waist suppression is a bit over the top (even for a slim cut), it doesn't pull or anything like that, the rear seems to conform to my back evenly. And as you can see from pictures earlier, this jacket did not have the 'X' stretch pattern at the front, wonder if I still should let my local tailor let out the jacket another inch or two? I'm just afraid when a tailor try to fix something small it may end up affecting or screwing up the fitting else where. Plus, I'm very skinny with only a 4" drop, not sure if getting rid of this aggressive suppression may made the suit look like a wheel barrel or soda can, which I think looks even more awful....
#3)Shoulder length
I think I could drop 1/2~1" on the shoulder length to get rid of the slight pivots? but I've also notice a lot of British cut looks kinda like this, so I'm not sure....
#4)Jacket Closure
Notice the 2nd/bottom button area leave a pretty big gap showing the bottom of my tie (see picture below), none of my other suits look like this, here is a direct comparison to two of my suits, not sure if this was designed on purpose, or due to the aggressive waist suppression

note: charcoal one is the al-cheapo $250 Macy's Bar III slim-fit (tailored), and the black one is a $2K MTM custom made in Italy suit which i bought from a reputable local shop from Alexandria downtown. Also notice the difference in jacket length and lapel style/width on all three jackets.
Overall the suit feels comfortable out of the box, do not feel restriction or pull anywhere. Closer inspection I found the construction of this new suit is as good as my italian black suit, fabric is also a super 130, half-canvass, bemberg lining, bull-horn buttons, etc.
