Any thoughts on tie loafers broadly? Not a style I'm overly familiar with - I know tassel loafers are on the formal end of the loafer spectrum and penny loafers on the casual, but where the heck do tie loafers fall?
Specifically thinking about the black or suede pair on sale at Brooks Brothers (link follows). Very elegant looking shoe, but the bow seems to detract from the relative formality. Could one swing this as business casual?

There are other pairs at full price in a dark and light brown that I suspect I might prefer, but unwilling to gamble on full price.
