I came across this from PutThisOn.com. The link to the product will be at the bottom. The other forum created a MTO with Panta and Massdrop to release a 6/7 fold tie made in Italy. Here are the specs
Details
Made from Special SilkPanta’s Madder Tie is made from silk that possess unique duality in multiple aspects. The silk is dry, but still remains soft to the touch; the color is muted, but also saturated; its characteristics resemble those of ancient madder, but also fits the profile of a wool challis. Because of all this, the tie can complement a variety of fabrics including flannels, tweeds, textured wools, and even cotton. Each tie is constructed in a 6/7-fold style, and are untipped and feature hand-rolled edges.
Estimated ship date is Oct 28, 2015.
Price: $74.99 + $2.90 shipping.
You can check out Panta's website to see how they're constructed. Note: these colors are made for this MTO and are not on Panta's website. Also, these are the only 9 cm ties that Panta is producing, which is why I'm going to buy at least one (navy).
