Thoughts on these Bostonian Cordovan

Hi All,

I was looking at a pair of tassel loafers on Ebay last week and the site emailed me a reminder. Here they are:

Any thoughts or experience on Bostonian shell? It's a pretty good price, I'm just not sure of the quality of their cordovan. Also curious about size; I am a 9.5D on the AE 5 last.
