Dress shirt and button-down budget guide: Between $9.99 and $19.99 (some higher)

This past 6 months I've gone on a rather deep research and analysis of the market for dress shirts and more casual button-downs, and have since acquired ten, which I've listed below. You'll see that this comprises a mix of dressier and more casual options, and I believe this is a rather comprehensive survey of what is available out there. I'll also list a few options that are out there but haven't elected to purchase (since I already have enough). Happy savings!

P.S. this wardrobe is for a conservative, American look; all options did not require tailoring for someone who normally needs tailoring (in other words, these are slim or tailored fit, or athletic fit):

5: Chaps Oxford Dress Shirt, 74-26 blend, Green University Stripe - $16.99 + 15% off (Black Friday Sale)
6: Jos A Bank Travelers Collection, 100% Cotton, White / Light Blue Windowpane - $12.99 (clearance, online, free ship to store)
7: Michael Kors, 100% cotton, Light Blue Check - $22.99 (not the best deal, from Burlington Coat Factory)

2: Sonoma Oxford Shirt, 100% cotton - White (other colors available): $19.99 + 20% off
3: Urban Pipeline (could have been Arrow) Oxford Shirt, 100% cotton - Aquamarine (other colors available): $9.99 clearance (found in Kohls' clearance rack)
4: Old Navy Oxford Shirt, 100% cotton - Light Blue: $19.99 (better prices are available)

Lands End Oxford Dress Shirts: $30 on sale; Hyde Park Oxford's can be had at around this price point if not picky on color and on sale, and get lucky on size
Modern Tailor also offers a white shirt on $19.99 promo
Lord & Taylor Black and Brown 100% Cotton dress shirts can be had on clearance for $19.99, but like Lands End Hyde Park, must get lucky
Eagle Pinpoint Oxfords: can be had for around $30
Arrow (my limit in terms of low quality, may have crossed over the threshold though)

Do not recommend, given these options are lower quality and higher price point:

Any other suggestions? These are ultra-budget (average under $20), but great quality at price point, both dressier and more casual shirts.
