Help with tie for a funeral

I have to attend a fairly last minute funeral. I have a charcoal suit, white shirt, and black park avenues. I'm not sure what the proper neck wear would be. I have three ties I think might work, but none are perfect. I have a black silk knit tie. I'm afraid this would be too informal. I have a black skinny-ish (2.5") black silk tie. But it has a slight sheen and the width makes it not very formal in my opinion. Finally I have a dark navy grenadine tie with a white pindot pattern. Of those three, which option would end up being the best?
