I have searched all over for a blazer appropriate for both "smart casual" outside the office and business casual in the office, and it appears the only blazer-style OTR jackets that remotely fit me are 32Rs from SuitSupply. I have linked to a few pictures of me trying it on at the store. However, as you can see, one of the issues is the jacket sleeves are too short for my arms (and 34Rs with longer sleeves are too big in the shoulders), and the functional buttons make this a bigger problem obviously.

Do you think a good tailor will have a particularly hard time with the length of these sleeves and functional buttons? Or is it not so excessively short to present a major problem?
I plan to start working out soon, but it will take several months to start seriously changing my body size/shape to open up more OTR options. And I question if it is even worth MTM right now, since I will be actively working towards changing size/shape over time - I am not sure how long any MTM items now will continue to properly fit me.
In the pictures I had this on:

But the "weave" (correct term?) seemed kind of coarse in-person...you can see it yourself when zooming in on their online pictures. I kind of like the look of the material of this one better:

But that one is 100% unlined.
Any opinions or recommendations?
Thank You.
P.S.
Yes, I know my chinos need tailoring as well.
