Is it worth it to try to adjust shoulder width on a suit?

The situation...I have the opportunity to purchase a Hickey Freeman Bespoke suit for what I believe to be a very good price (less than $100). The problem, my current suits have a seam to seam shoulder width of 20 inches. The seller has measured the HF shoulder at 19 inches. All other suit jacket measurements match my current suit collection.

I am not in a position to try the suit on before purchasing. Worth the gamble that it can be adjusted to fit or do I let it go?
