I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread where people can post helpful mailing tips for sellers dealing clothing on eBay. I sure could use them.
I used to be able to guesstimate reasonably accurate shipping costs via USPS using my old fashioned non-digital postage scale. But lately I've been getting gouged (not on items through the Thrift Exchange, but on eBay stuff). I don't want to overestimate shipping costs and deter potential buyers. But I also don't want to undercharge and cut into the little profits I earn.
The "print shipping label" feature on eBay seems pretty complicated and time consuming.
There must be a better way to do shipping and I welcome your tips.
