Actually this is a 'who's the better overall singer' Bing Crosby or Frank Sinatra ...but I thought it would be appropriate to address the clothing aspect first. This is best overall ,such as a 'best in show category' ...not rebellious vs conservative category, I've been hearing more Bing lately....
