Does anyone have experience with the tattersall shirts from Peter Christian? The home page as of this writing depicts the gold tattersall pattern, which seems suitably autumnal: http://ift.tt/1IpJZax (button-down tattersalls at http://ift.tt/1IpJZaz). The current price is £30.00, which as of this writing equates to US $45.00. Tattersall patterns at Cordings (http://ift.tt/1PiV9FY), in some very nice patterns, go for £65.00...and soon we're talking real money.
Those at Mercer & Sons (http://ift.tt/1IpJZYg) look great, but I can't see spending $150 on something other than a staple shirt.
I don't think I'm a (terrible) snob (yet), but LE's dinky collars, and LLB's no-iron material, rule both out for me.
I'm trying to recalibrate my work wardrobe slightly, away from the navy blazer, and I'm looking for something more subtle other than the (in the US) ubiquitous gingham.
