Charles Tyrwhitt Extra Slim fit and Kamakura Tokyo Slim fit question

Hi.

I recently purchased a Charles Tyrwhitt Extra Slim fit and Kamakura Tokyo sim fit, based on excellent recommendations here. I went half a size down on the collar (15.5/33) for the Tyrwhitt and 40-84 on the Kamakura (40 is perfect for me. 39-84/15.5-33 in Tyrwhitt is similar since they seem to leave a little room).

I do find the fit of the Tyrwhitt to be better in the biceps. Less material. But I do like the quality of the Kamakura better.

So, is the quality of the Tyrwhitt Luxury line similar to the Kamakura, or should I spend the $18 at the tailors to get the arms on the Kamakura adjusted? (I'm thinking out loud here) I'm thinking about getting a light blue shirt and blue/white striped shirt next, and trying to decide who to buy the next round from. Just trying to spend as little as possible and still get what I want. Since loosing 50 pounds I need to replace my wardrobe and I'm trying to be penny wise but not pound foolish.
