I took a suit in to be tailored today and the tailor said she would need to remove all of the mock stiches under the buttons. I'm concerned that this will leave a marks when she moves the buttons up. I saw an example of where she did someone elses and the flattened out the buttons vs haveing them a little bit stacked and to me it didn't look nearly as nice.
Has anyone had the bottom button removed and went with 3 instead of 4? I'm not getting it hemmed that much so I'm wondering if this would be a better option...
