Strange Cole Haan wingtip shoes question

I have a pair of Cole Haan brown wingtip with a dove tail sole. The style is 09462 and the handwork was signed inside the shoe by a man named mauricio. They say Italian made. Does anyone know anything about these shoes? I have pictures I can post, but I don't know how to do that in here. Thanks for the help
