I just purchased a pair of brown AE Rutledge from the shoebank. Out of the box, it looks like this pair might have been a floor model. There are scuff marks on the sole, the uppers look dried out and creased and the insole is also oddly wrinkled. Does this pair look acceptable to you and more importantly do you think I'd be able to revitalize the leather with a little conditioning and polish?

This is only my second pair of shoes (first time buying seconds) and I've never conditioned before so I don't know what would be acceptable or not.
