My favorite shirts in my closet are those I bought in London from Harvie and Hudson many years ago. I happened upon their website at the end of August, and was pleased to see they were having a very good sale. I ordered some shirts, my credit card was charged. . .and nothing. It has been 3 weeks. When I log onto their website, the order still says "processing." I have sent several e-mails, with no response.
Is this typical for them? I recognize the sale prices are very good, and perhaps there is delayed shipping, but the courtesy of a response to my e-mails would be appreciated.
