Hickey Freeman at Nieman last call and Saks off Fifth

I was just looking at these sites & they both have basically $1,500 Hickey Freeman suits for $500. I'm not really in the market for any, but these seem like a steal. Is it common for them to be in this range? If not, I think I need to buy a couple. If it is, I can definitely wait.
