I am currently waiting on an order from Carmina that I placed in mid August. This is my second pair I have purchased from Carmina directly. The individual that I (and it seems others who order from Carmina directly) have dealt with is Betty. I have emailed her about my order 3 times and have not heard anything back from her. I remember some of this going on with the first order as well. For those of you who have ordered from Carmina directly, have you had similar experiences? I wouldn't mind if she emailed me back saying I would not be receiving my shoes until X date as long as she emailed me back period. I think this might be the last time I deal with the company directly.
Anyone have issues with Carmina customer service?
