I have read enough about Hollywood film industry practice to be fairly certain that no Hollywood star ever appeared in a publicity still photo in which he or she had not been dressed, groomed, fussed over and posed in regard to every small detail by a significant number of outrageously talented Hollywood professionals. And so we come to this B&W photo of Tyrone Power which looks to come from the 1930's. When we look at this, we are not just seeing Tyrone, but also the work of these exceptionally tasteful folks who decided it would be eye-catching to have Mr. Power wear three different plaids. And so I find it.
