I have owned these AE Patriots for about a year and a half. I've worn them approximately 15-20 times, and I just don't wear them as much as I would like because they are not comfortable. If you look at the left shoe, the upper seems to be spilling over the sole. I really don't know how to describe it, and the pictures didn't show as much as I feel when walking. When wearing these it feels like I am stepping off the side of the shoe every time.
Is there any way for a cobbler to fix this? I would hate to try and sell these and have someone else end up with shoes that are not comfortable. I don't feel right asking AE to replace them as I have had them so long, and obviously worn them.
Any possible way to correct these shoes, or should I just throw them out?
