Spirit of Shetland sweaters

How do people here like Spirit of Shetland sweaters?

They seem great: one can choose one's yarn/color AND get it made to your size specs.

The only downside is a wait but it seems worth it.

I presume the quality is very high?

Are these fairly substantial/thick and somewhat rough in the hand?

I see they are seamless - do peeps like that?

Any complaints? General comments? How long do they normally take from order to your door?
