Why You Should Never Buy Cole Haan Shoes

So I bought these Cole Haan boots because I loved the style and, hey, I have plenty of shoes so they wouldn't get much wear. Well, they haven't, but that hasn't stopped them from falling apart.

With a glance, you would see the stitching and assume they were welted, but no... They are glued to the mid-sole, which is stitched to nothing but itself, then glued to the sole, to which rubber half soles are glued. There is stitching at the shank, but it stops right where the half sole starts.
